They completed the job without any issues; however, communication was very poor. We specifically requested pictures at pickup and delivery, as well as a signed BOL. Unfortunately, we only received pictures when they were already at the drop-off location. Additionally, they asked the customer for payment even though the load was clearly not COD. To avoid problems, we paid them immediately, but we never received the signed BOL. They do not follow instructions well, so if you decide to work with them, make sure they comply with all your requirements.
