SPRINTER VANS, they updates once the driver is on site, after it pick ups, and during transit every 3 hours until delivery which is awesome, they provide expedited service which is really great, if you have 1 pallet to ship or 4.

Nothing really, some times the driver offer unloading help and to the customer, which can be charged back, but service and updates are usually excellent.

Good carrier we use for Midwest loads. We use them for spot loads when we see their truck on the board and the dispatchers are always kind and easy going. Their rates are fair and their service is above average
