Have worked w/this carrier a handful of times on some dedicated freight. Dispatch (usually Maria) does a nice job keeping us updated and informed if any issues should arise (running a little behind for delivery). Drivers are mostly timely and haven't run into many problems tracking as well.

They were easy to work with when we booked the loads, but did take some time to answer emails when asking about available trucks. There did get a little expensive for a lane too. They were always on time to pickup and delivery though!
