Dispatcher Jeets was eager to cover a good number of my cross-country loads, and I appreciated having someone to reach out to before posting the loads on the load boards.

As time went on, Cargo Solution Express became extremely difficult to work with. They'd give us poor updates and exercised bad communication skills. Worst of all, they lied about loading / unloading, and about multiple of their trucks missing delivery appointments.
