Likes: Nidhi did confirm that the driver arrived on time and delivered with clean bills and provided a POD for us after the lack of communication earlier in the trip.
Dislikes: When we reached out to Alvis regarding the current location of the truck we were not able to reach him and when we contacted the dispatcher he was unable to provide since he could not reach Alvis either.
