This company caused $2700 in damages to my customer Van and refusing to pay for it. Their insurance won't cover it because the deductible is $5000. I spoke with Mike and he said they would take care of it but never did. I emailed him again and he said they would only offer him $1000, well thats not even half of the cost of the repairs. Now Mike will not answer calls or respond to emails. Please call my customer and come up with something reasonable.
My customer witnessed the damage and got your driver on video so you can't deny that it happened. I will remove this review once it has been resolved.
