Capital Gains Transportation LLC

The carrier booked a load with us to pick up in Minden, LA going to Brownwood, TX around 9 am. About an hour after we booked the load around 9 am our client called us and told us that his supervisor's wife had passed away and his supervisor was having to leave the job to get his 4 kids and the company couldn't leave their guys at the location without the supervisor as their insurance wouldn't cover their employees. We notified the carrier immediately by 9:30 am of the issue and he asked for a TONU so I told the driver I would see what we could do. I ended up in the hospital for 2 days and by the time I got out of the hospital I had an email from another company here in Houston American Lady Services a Handicapped taxi service saying that Timothy Kennedy had put a review on their page thinking it was for our business and left bad reviews for our company on their page being rude DNA disrespectful because he didn't get his TONU for $150 even though he was able to rebook another load and didn't miss out on any loads for that day. These people have no compassion for no one, the person lost his wife of 20 years and all the carrier is worried about is a $150 truck order not being used even though the carrier recovered their truck with another load so they didn't lose any money that day because of our client's issues. Very disrespectful business. When we tried to get ahold of Timothy to let him know they had put the review against a business that had nothing to do with us his comment was I hope you die you Honky MFer.

The carrier needs to quit trying to go out of their way to try and hurt our company. Carrier is only worried about their own selves and has no compassion for others when they have a loss in their family. Very disrespectful business. Instead, they want to go leave negative reviews for us, the shipper, and whoever else they could find to leave a bad review for.
