I arranged a shipment with Arsh Managat at their company, and we agreed on all payment terms prior to pickup. However, once the load was picked up, they refused to deliver it until payment was made first. To make matters worse, they contacted the receiver to mention some outstanding payment. This was my first time using their services, and I'm puzzled about how there could be an outstanding payment with my company since we’ve never worked together before. It’s frustrating to see practices like this that hold loads hostage for money and damage relationships with receivers.in adition,they have 2 companies top hawk logistics and brown eagle .
