This carrier was great at picking up on time and making on time delivery.

This carrier is not good with communicating at all once the rate confirmation is sent its almost a hope and pray they pick up situation but per our shipper and receiver they were on time for both.

Used these guys for a same day spot load. They were above market rate but that was expected. Their service was above average. Driver's called us to update us on their location first thing in the morning and they sent the POD over upon delivery.

This carrier recovered a fall out for us and it really saved us. This was a hot load that had to go and our carrier waited around for hours before falling out. Brite Logistics recovered the load and delivered on time which kept our customer happy.

They were a little on the high side of average but when we were desperate and the PU and DEL times were difficult to make because of how late in the day our previous fall out was.
