When we reached out to Tony and found out that the truck was not loaded, he apologized and said that his driver would continue to wait until the trailer was loaded and could deliver when ever the receiver was available.

Sandro arrived to the shipper and had to get his trailer washed out but did not let us know. When we reached out for an update they said they were still at the shipper waiting to get loaded. As this was a sameday shipment this caused a huge delay to delivery relatively speaking.

Tony offered an extremely great rate on this shipment and delivered next day as we asked. This was helpful because the times laid out by our customer required this to be held despite the short delivery distance.

Natalie and Adam worked really well together. If one was not available the other was. Shipment was dropped clean.
