Driver arrived on site and argued with the shipper about the height of the load claiming it was too tall just by eyeing it. My customer had to physically take a tape measure out to prove it was legal height despite this company running this commodity in the past. The dispatcher was told multiple times the driver needed to be on site at 7am as they needed to reload the freight on their company truck. The driver did not arrive on site until 8:15am and would not answer phone calls, leaving my customer very frustrated. The owner of the company, Bryan, gave two lousy excuses as to why he was late and showed no remorse about the situation. It is clear this company does not care about the service the provide. I would advise staying away from this carrier if you value honesty and quality expedited service.
