Overview
Jimmy Ray Bowerman founded Bowerman Trucking, Inc. in 2000 as an owner operator of a “hot shot” rig. He started the company in hopes of making a better life for his family and himself. Mr. Bowerman began his endeavors in this industry as a driver.
After several years of over the road service, he purchased his first truck where it all began. He drove this truck until he was diagnosed as a diabetic, at which point he decided it best for his health to come off of the road.
