This carrier abandoned my load in Ohio for 59 days without any communication. Storage, unloading, and handling fees piled up to over $16,000, and they refuse to take responsibility.
Attempts to reach the dispatcher were ignored, leaving me as broker completely stuck. The cargo was fine, but their negligence created massive logistical and financial problems.
Brokers and shippers: avoid this carrier. They fail to honor contracts, ignore federal law (Carmack Amendment), and will leave you paying for their mistakes. Unprofessional and completely unreliable.
