Booked load with Cherly Doyle on 7/16 @ 12:00 pm. Springfield MO to Akron OH. Asked several times for driver info but never responded. She gave us a pickup ETA of 2:00-3:00 on a 2:00 PU appointment. That was the last response from her even after calling & sending numerous emails asking where driver was. Load was not picked up and we were not given any explanation or reason. Load was missed that day & we had to recover for the following day which did not go over to well with our customer
