Booked a load with Samir, all terms were agreed upon and the Rate Confirmation was sent. The driver was dispatched and on tracking.
About 30 minutes after the driver started heading to pickup, the load was canceled with the excuse that we were late on payment for a previous load. I immediately advised that all loads were paid on time and provided proof of payment. After that, the reason changed to claiming that we did not have active authority, so I promptly sent a screenshot from the official government website confirming our authority was active.
They then looped in their billing department, but no one ever followed up or responded.
Overall, this was a complete waste of time on a hot load, especially after we accepted the shipment at a rate above the current market average. On top of that, only about 1 out of 20 of their bids is even remotely competitive.
Due to poor communication, last-minute cancellations, and constantly changing excuses, this company is now DNU for us. Not worth the time or effort.

Repeat sprinter van carrier -- always one of my top choices when they have available drivers, and that is usually the case. Drivers are consistently on time for PU and DELs. Dispatchers are great communicators and track without fail for duration on transits.

I've been running expedited loads with BHX for years now. They are extremely communicative, they are always on time and if they are going to be late, they always notify. They always send pictures of loaded freight and have been a pleasure to work with.
