Nothing. They have horrible customer service. No one calls you back even after leaving several messages. They need to improve their communication 100%

Customer service. They should call back customers who are trying to get a hold of them!!
Do not use this company. Horrible customer service and multiple hidden charges.
When Best For You Moving LLC (B4YM) arrived I had packed all my boxes pack and was told before hand that all I needed to do was to wrap up TV's, pictures and glass items which I did. When B4YM arrived they told me that they had to wrap up all my furniture for an extra charge even though in the contract they stated, "Wrapping of all furniture with quilted moving blankets. No charge for packing tape and moving pads."
Based on the cf (cubic feet) estimate, they were not able to take all the items listed for my apartment as well as unable to empty my storage unit. They were only able to move approximately 1/2 of the items in my storage unit despite knowing size of my storage unit at time of estimate. I even sent them pictures.
After packing up belongings, B4YM, explained that I owed an additional $1,689. ($600 for "heavy" items, $139 for extra "fuel" charge and $950 for "wrapping" furniture). I gave them a check for $3,591.00.
I was initially told by my moving broker that since the cf I had paid for was 1465cf, my furniture would be picked up and taken directly to my drop off location in Draper as it would fill a truck. I was now being told by B4YM that my furniture is going to a warehouse where it would be unloaded and I would be contacted when furniture was going to be delivered in 3-10 day (estimate) and they would give me 24-48 hour window. Since our move was approximately 10 hour drive, I assumed the date estimates would be honored.
I ended up calling off work the last few days as I anticipated furniture was going to be delivered. I
The 3-10 day window came and went. Each time I called the broker MBM, I was told a different story. "These are just estimates: these are business days; they have up to 21 days, etc". I called frequently for update, but MBM was unable to give updates. I also attempted multiple times to get a hold of the movers B4YM. All I was able to do was leave messages. On their message, it states "Thank you for calling best 4 U moving company . . . a representative will be in touch with you shortly; . . . provides great service, affordable prices because you deserve only the best." I never did get a call back.
I did eventually find an email for B4YM and started sending email on 2/14/22. To my pleasant surprise, I received a respond back from Jack T. at B4YM. On 2/15/22 he wrote "Your belongings have left the warehouse. I need to double check the information and I will inform you in more detail soon." After several days with no updates, I emailed Jack. On 2/18/22 he wrote, "Your stuff is on the way. We'll let you know in 24 hours." No call came. I again emailed him. Last email on 2/21/22 he wrote, "He is gonna call you I don't have update". I asked him to call me, but he never did. I asked for number of the person who is supposedly delivering my furniture, but no response.
I also asked my broker MBM and B4YM for location of furniture so I could just go pick up furniture myself. I was told by MBM that they can't give out that information as it's a "security" issue!! I said "A security issue from whom??". Which they responded, "That's just our policy".
My furniture was eventually delivered over a month after it was picked up. In addition, instead of the 24-48 hour heads up about furniture deliver, I was given ONE HOUR warning. Since I was out of town as I thought I would have at least a 24 hour warning, I had to rush back. They did wait for me to return and delivered my furniture.
This whole situation has been very frustrating. I feel like moving companies are a scam and not regulated very well.

Horrible results. Crooks. Broken items, chipped and scratched items and missing items.

There is absolutely nothing this carrier does well. I spoke to the owner over the phone and he told me he was gonna charge me 600 dollars more because he was going to use two smaller trucks to bring my furniture to MvAllen, TX. That was a big lie. He used the same size truck as the original pick up in San Diego. He said that a longer truck was not allowed in the storage place. That’s another lie. When speaking to him he was very deceitful and would not provide straight answers. He said he was just a manager at that business but the driver told me otherwise.

First of all the carrier is a lier. Every time I spoke to him he always dodged questions and never got a straight answer. Please ask in advance who the carrier is going to be. I hired Support movers located in Florida. They are a brokerage business. They’re the ones that selected Best For you Movers LLC located in N. Hollywood, CA. Don’t hire these people. They are garbage.

When my furniture arrived at the storage location the first thing the driver wanted was all the money owed and to be paid before he opened the rear of the truck. Again I talked to the owner and he agreed for me to give the driver half of the owed amount and the rest when he had unloaded half of my things. I patiently waited to check every item. There were many things that were missing when the truck was completely unloaded. 16 folding chairs were stolen, two fifty gallon painted Spanish clay pots stolen, a 10’ shed badly damaged, my furniture damaged from where it was dragged. They used blankets to wrap the furniture and at time of delivery was pulled off the furniture. The person that picked up my furniture told me that those blankets were parts of the moving expenses and that they would not remove them. Those were paid for. The driver took more than half of the blankets which were considered paid for and mine.

Please do your home work and find out who you’re movers are going to be. I’m devastated by all the damage caused to my furniture.

Don’t use a broker please. Use a company that is actually a moving company. The broker charged me 2K., just to find a moving company. The moving company charged me 13k. It is a total rip off. I hope they go out of business and the IRS investigates them. Best for you moving LLC only wanted cash. The driver told me that I would get an electronically bill of the contract e-mailed to me. Don’t believe them please. Once they drive off you will never hear from them again.

You can use my name and info. If anyone is planning to move. Done use this business. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
