Dislikes: THIS CARRIER RESERVED A LOAD WITH US BUT NEVER PICKED IT UP. THIS CARRIER TOLD US THEY HAD PICKED US UP BUT NEVER DID. WE DIDN'T KNOW THE DRIVER NEVER PICKED UP UNTIL THE CUSTOMER CONTACTED US AND ASKED WHY IT WASN'T PICKED UP. THIS CARRIER DID NOT ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS AFTER THAT UNTIL WE CONTACTED THE DRIVER ON ANOTHER PHONE LINE. THIS CARRIER NEVER INTENDED TO PICK UP THIS LOAD OR INFORM US THAT THEY WOULD NOT BE HAULING OUR LOAD. THIS WAS A CRITICAL EXPEDITED SHIPMENT.
