What went poorly?

Called several times to get the rate up. Agreed on rate and they took the load. After that every time I called I got a voice mail. No one would call me back. Driver wouldn't answer his either. The only time I got a respond was when I told them due to lack of communication I was taking them off of the load. Then they emailed back and said the truck was in a local shop for repairs to the ramps. Had not idea what the pick up ETA was and was rude. Removed them from the load and had to recover. DO NOT USE.
