- Dislikes
Carrier is very strict about how brokers are allowed to communicate with their dispatch team for updates. They seem to not allow inbound calls and are adamant about not receiving emails about load updates. They operate on a "trust system" where if there are delays or issues of any kind, they are adamant that THEY will call YOU.
While overall the carrier's service is solid so this shouldn't worry brokers too much, they are very intense about this rule: threatening to come off loads if you call them before they've even been tendered anything.
