Carrier damaged our customer's vehicle. Acknowledged liability on the BOL. Indicated he would take responsibility and since then has cut off all contact with us and never reached out to our customer to pay for the damages. We have negative rated the carrier with Central Dispatch and filed a complaint with the FMCSA.

Carrier was paid for the transport despite the damages by leading us to believe he would assume responsibility for the damage but later showed us he is not only irresponsible but dishonest.
