Decided to give this carrier another shot after a poor first performance, terrible mistake. Driver did not show up on time for pick up and never accepted the required tracking. After an hour of no response to calls or texts, I was forced to recover the load with another carrier. When I texted the driver that he was off the load, he conveniently responded immediately by liking the message. According to the driver, being an hour late to pick up is no big deal and he doesn't have to let the broker know. If you value communication from honest carriers, I would stay far away.
