Carrier is easy to get set up, but they are a choir after that. They have a bad habit of calling committing to a load sending signed rate con back and then calling back and canceling the load after a short period of time. It is like they are committing to this laod and if they find something better they are canceling yours once they have the other laod booked. Very undependable carrier.
Carrier needs to stand behind commitments rather than keep booking and canceling loads. Our management won't even take calls from them anymore because of being so wishy-washy.
