What went poorly?
- Double Brokering
"Kevin" called in trying to book a hotshot load. Was in a loud call center and couldn't give driver info or tell me where his truck was getting empty. The phone number he called from DID match the one listed with the FMCSA / however, they just changed it 4 days ago. So that doesn't mean much. 0 inspections. Insisted they've had inspections and just haven't been updated yet / offered to email them to me. Uhh... It's gonna be a NO for me dog.
They are on DO NOT LOAD in our system.
