Dispatcher was really nice and had a good comunication at the time updates were provided. At the moment of pick up driver arrived at time but in the shipper there was a misleading comunication and the driver had to go to another warehouse to pick up half of the load, dispatcher was good about it and was very respectful and as a company policy we add the extra pick up charge and everything was good. Driver delivered on time and without any problems. Also the driver track the whole time. They did a really good job!
