What went poorly?

Only good things I can say is the driver made both appts early and called with ETA and the tracking was good the whole trip. Driver and dispatcher's communication was severly lacking. I sent numerous emails/calls before I finally got a response from anyone. I like to be over communicated to not left in the dark.
