carrier picked up the load in Laredo, TX 8/30.
On 8/31 supposedly broke down, and the driver almost never picked up any calls, we had 2 different drivers/phone numbers given to us.
The due date was Friday 8am-4pm, carrier gave an ETA of 1 pm Saturday. After we got that OK'ed by the receiver, the carrier changed eta 9 pm sat. after that was rejected carrier delivered the load after labor day on 9/5 4 days late. Would never work with them again.

This was a two-pickup load on a Friday, so it was very important we made both pickups. Driver was on time for both and tracked the whole time. Delivery was also on-time, but the driver did have a really hard time finding the correct place to check in at. This does not happen very frequently and caused some confusion. Despite the minor hiccup, it was good service and I would work with them again.
