Allstate charged a fair rate and delivered the load on time but those are the only two positive things I can say. They werent great at communicating location or sending a POD upon DEL.
- Dislikes
We had to request a POD multiple times before we were sent one. I work for a small brokerage so cash flow is of utmost importance. I need a carrier to send POD as soon as the load is completed.
