What went poorly?

Booked the load with dispatcher named David, he called me 10 times for the load asking 300 dollars above average, eventually he came down to average market rate, we sent them the setup package, waited for an hour because he assured us we are good for this load, then he cancelled the load 2h before the PU with the standard "foamily emergency" excuse, they book and fish around, avoid them!
