The dispacher on this load was amazing - but the driver worked with us to resolve a very delicate delivery issue where we had to redelivery at a very specific time which didnt work initially for the driver's plans. He was able to have his partner help deliver the load after a weekend of layover and help us keep the tight relationship we have with the receiver in the good. Thank you
