“Load Delivery/ Very poor service and Communication”

I pickup up a load on the 15th of May to deliver and drop trailer for 1-3 days. It has been almost seven days and trailer is not unloaded. I have called and emailed the broker several times and they haven't replied or communicated to me. Whenever I call I am directed to voicemail. It's disappointing, disrespectful and unprofessional for these brokerage to ignore calls and messages. I have been trying to get my trailer unloaded with no success.......I am very disappointed. Right now I am loosing money as I wait for my trailer to get unloaded.......it has paralyzed my business because of their incompetence and unprofessionalism. Whenever you agree or make a deal, it's good to honor your part....... while I honor mine.... I did my part to pick up on time and delivered on time.... but this brokerage has failed to honor their part......
