I booked a PA to IL load with this broker because the appointment time was listed as before 10:00 AM. After arriving at the facility, we were told the actual appointment was 5:00 PM, causing an unnecessary delay.
Communication was very poor. They hung up the phone instead of helping, wouldn't provide tracking/updates, and were unprofessional throughout the process. I would not recommend working with this broker due to misleading appointment information and poor communication.
