Warehouses in Ontario
143 facilities
Ontario’s warehouse network runs on the 401 and QEW spine, with Hamilton and Windsor acting as major transfer points between Great Lakes shipping, rail, and U.S. border traffic. CN and CPKC lines, Pearson and Hamilton airports, and the Port of Hamilton, Port of Toronto, and the southern border crossings keep freight moving through the province.
Demand comes from advanced manufacturing, agriculture and food processing, logistics, and regional distribution. Ontario warehouses are mostly ambient/dry, but the market also supports refrigerated, frozen, cold storage, food grade, cross-dock, transload, hazmat, bonded, and FTZ space. Freight here moves as short-haul drayage around the GTA, then into linehaul lanes toward the border, the ports, and inland distribution hubs.
