Job Description

Weekly Revenue Range: 
  • $6,000 - $12,000 per week
  • Average $7,5000 gross per week
  • Average take home $3,000 per week

Percentage of Revenue:
  • 70% for weekly revenue of $0 - $7,500
  • 71% for weekly revenue of $7,500 - $8,750
  • 72% for weekly revenue of $8,750 - $10,000
  • 73% for weekly revenue of $10,000+

Home Time: Home on weekends or upon request

Dedicated Customer Accounts:
  • Direct customer freight
  • Majority drop and hook
  • Consistent year-round contracted rates
  • Minimal freight booked through brokers

Maintenance Support Program:
  • Five garage bays and five full time mechanics
  • STI shop labor rate of $75 per hour

Trailer Fleet:
  • 150 V53's of which a majority are 2019 or newer
  • $850 per month fee

Fuel and Advances:
  • EFS fuel card provided by STI
  • $150 weekly cash advance available

Home Terminal: Hammond, Indiana
  • High security, gated complex in the center of it all
  • Conveniently located near I-80, I-90/94, I-65, and I-57
