Job Description

Pay rate: $21.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours

Home Time: Daily

Dedicated customer accounts:
  • 95% customer direct contracted freight
  • 50% drop and hook on dedicated lanes

Maintenance support:
  • Professional maintenance staff and shop
  • Three truck bays

Fleet Equipment:
  • Current fleet size of 50 trucks with 150 53 foot dry van trailers
  • Late model year

Safety Programs:
  • DOT inspection bonuses
  • Quarterly safety bonuses
  • Annual safety bonuses
  • Local and OTR "Driver of the Year" bonuses

Home Terminal: Hammond, Indiana
  • High security, gated complex in the center of it all
  • Conveniently located near I-80, I-90/94, I-65, and I-57
