Hard to find many likes for this carrier. They seem to always have tucks, but they come with a price.

Rates are always high. With high prices you would think that the service would be better. Shipments arrive on time, but updates during transit are almost non-existence. We try to avoid this carrier.

We have used Z Transportation multiple times at my brokerage but we will no longer be booking them going forward. Every load we have booked with them they complain about rate the...entire...time... When a rate is agreed on in my book it stays that way but not this carrier. They will harass you constantly for more money.

I got to the point that when they would call to complain I would place them on hold until they hung up. They are unprofessional which is something that neither my team or my customers appreciate. If you like bill collector annoying you at all hours of the night then book Z Transportation.
