I booked a shipment with this company, the reviews on here were good, same with DAT, I explained to the dispatcher this was hot shipment, truck was suppose to arrive 130 to 2pm, 230 the customer called me, after not being able to get in touch with the dispatcher, I emailed them, they said the truck was 20 minutes away, the truck never showed up, the dispatcher would only respond by email, he said the driver wouldn't pick up, then went for 1 hour, I recovered the load by some one else and got lucky, this such a short run I bet they never had a truck and tried to double broker my load

I booked a hot load with, AL BUENO, JAMAICA NY TO BROOKLY NY, my load was going to be unload by crane service, there was a permit to have the street blocked off, AL claims his driver would be there at 130 to 2pm, 230 my customer was calling me, I tried to call AL, not picking up his phone, then his line was busy, then I got on hold and hung up on, then I called and anther dispatcher who claimed she was couldn't pull up the drivers EDI info, AL responded by email he couldn't' get in touch with his driver, that was went on for an hour, I had to find a new driver at the last second, awful service, I would neve use again, driver can't show up, cant even pick up a phone call, can't get in touch with his driver, I bet he never had a driver, these guys are just as bad as the double broker that call me everyday, IM sure he was going to double broker my load and couldnt cover it
