We booked Rotex off and they accepted the load for a fair rate but the rest of the shipment was a nightmare. The dispatcher was extremely impatient and rude to multiple members of my team and was very demanding.

There are plenty of carriers to choose from so I don't need to work with disrespectful and unprofessional dispatchers like the ones at Rotex.
