Puma is by far the best carrier that K&L works with, highest tenure and volume also. We get taken care of very well by Cristina and puts service first, which is rare with the lanes she runs.

Rates are a little steep but they are able to charge that because they are the only carrier with integrity who runs IL/WI-CA
