Drivers are the biggest saving grace of this company. We have worked with them a couple times and dispatch starts out good, but then they won't answer the phone. Luckily the drivers do answer and are willing to provide updates.

I did like working with the driver Jose on this load. He was patient and delivered on time even with delays at the shipper.

The dispatcher was another story. He phoned several times asking when his driver would be loaded even after we said we were working on it and would pay detention.
