Thank you for an opportunity to haul load for your company. We sincerely apologies for lack of communication on this load and I can assure you we have since improved the ELD tracking which we have intergrated with all major tracking softwares and it is mandatory for all of our drivers to accept tracking while our dispatch can send live Samsara eld tracking links as well.
When it comes to lack of communication from our dispatch side, that is totally unacceptable and I will personally look detailed into this situation even it was over year ago since this response. I can assure you things have changed since that time and we do not tolerate lack of communication from our side.

Working with this company was good until they tried to get set up but the situation was resolved once the operation manager step in to assist his failing colleague.

After being unable to enter RMIS, Bud told me to F off. It was evident that they were unable to gain access. Marc, the operations manager, instantly apologized

Although this happened almost two years ago we are so sorry to see this review still hurting our score. I am glad we were able to get this situation resolved but we as a company still feel regret for the behavior shown by one of our employees. Both our employee and our company has apologized for this incident and nothing similar has ever happened since this incident as both our employees and our company have matured realizing importance of professional business relationship with our business partners.
