The email communication back and forth with this carrier was so helpful. We get frustrated when we can't get any updates, and they would update before we even asked. They did have a weather delay, but we were informed and it was fixed quickly

After we reached out to Kate regarding the missed appointment, she told us that the driver was just unloaded and on his way. He arrived 10 minutes later and was loaded promptly. She asked for further updates to continue to reach out to her and that she would make sure if another issue arose that she would let us know.
