I have only used KMS on one load before but they serviced the lane really well. They recovered a fall out but they charged more than my previous carrier, which is expected. However they did make both appointment times so I can complain.

The rate was a little high but due to the circumstances I was willing to pay. KMS helped us out and I will continue to work with them.
