Jp Charles is one of the best carrier out there! Everything is done correctly 100% of the time. Dispatch and driver communication is topnotch, never have issues with tracking. I would love for them to get more drivers onboarded so we could use them more frequently.

Carrier provided excellent service and helped cover two same day shipments at market rates. They are looking to build relationships longterm. They do drop trailer and open to project freight
- Dislikes
They only have 4 company owned trucks however they have 20 Owner Operators that he runs. Rates for Owner Ops need to be verified so sometimes negotiating takes a little longer.
