While nothing during this shipment went wrong and the load delivered on time, we did have a few issues communication and timeliness at the shipper. This was fixed promptly after these initial problems.

We did not have a way to contact the driver but there were delays in getting him loaded as mentioned by the shipper due to the trailer being wet in the interior.

Brent was extremely patient with us when the shipper was telling him that they did not have the load they were scheduled to pickup. In the end the driver was loaded with shipment after that was sorted out.
