Ramil & Axel the dispatchers proactively kept us updated on the load, picked up on time and delivered early. Got the BOL immediately when loaded and the signed POD immediately when delivered. Would be great if all carriers were this good at communicating.

Driver made both appts on time and called ahead with ETA. Communication wasn't not the best. I had to ask multiple times to get a response. Both guys were super friendly though. Tracking was perfect throughout.
