We have been working with this carrier for awhile and they have always done a great job for my team. They have missed a couple appointments but not by much.
Nothing else negative to report. Would book this carrier again.

Carrier did a good job making sure they were picking up and delivering on time, they also got all paperwork in quickly which we appreciate
They would be wise to come up with a better form of communicating check calls

Carrier's network is well-defined & easy to understand, making them a solid partner on high volume or long-term projects.
Carrier has a large number of extra trailers & a diverse network of terminals + yards. They can be very effective given the opportunity to drop trailer on either end of consistent lane.
Carrier provides fair, market prices both spot and awarded freight.
Carriers provides solid service & communication overall, although some terminals seem to be better than others.
Some of their equipment can be dirty or damaged. Some of this is due to aging equipment & the types of commodities they haul for their customers. But- this equipment seems to be running within specific driver networks linked to specific customers/lanes. So as long as you do your due diligence, should not be an issue.
Have experienced delays in communication for spot loads from certain terminals, but overall the entire carrier network's communication has been serviceable.
Carrier can sometimes be sloppy with organization of equipment when it comes to drop-trailer assets.
