Carrier has handled quite a few loads for us and typically we do not run into any issues. Good communication, drivers are 90%+ on time
- Dislikes
Carrier seems to ride the rate wave and we have had several trucks fallout on us last minute due to "equipment failures". Saw the trucks posted after falling out. Looking for higher paying loads due to weather.
