Anthony reached out to me and let me know that the shipper said they did not have this shipment at their warehouse. After some digging we found out that they did not put the shipment in their system but it was ready. It was loaded shortly after this interaction and delivered on time.

Anthony did give a proper ETA once we reach out to them and the driver delivered on time despite arriving to the shipper late. Luckily they were able to get loaded rather quickly.
