The driver showed up on time, the receiver was pleased with his ability to turn the truck in tight whse space, per the receivers call to me, they needed two pods signed on file per the customer and did exactly that, they were quick to respond to my emails, no complaints on there service.

I have used them twice now, both my shipments picked up in New York City, and everything worked out well, I have anything bad to say on my two loads.

The carrier did get the job done, but almost cost us a customer in the process

Since he didn't want his trailer sealed, the driver for this load was allegedly rude and swore at shipper staff. The shipper (ODW Columbus) has barred him from the premises, and he is not permitted to transport any T3 Micro loads.
