I have only used Arm Lines once but it left a bad taste in my mouth. They charged an over the market rate and didnt service the lane well at all. The drivers complained about wait times and began requesting detention after an hour. The shipment was a headache from beginning to end.

They could make appointment times or at least call out more than 30 mins before the delivery appointment letting me know they are going to be late.

Arm Lines were a pretty great group to work with. I was happy with their ability to reach out before i had to call them unlike most carriers.
